As we complete our first quarter of the new fiscal year, the momentum from previous Boards continues. The Major Moves Initiative nears the end of its 3-year plan and we are focused on a strong finish. Engage-Encourage-Equip-Launch Teams are in full swing as many of you are quite involved, so if you or someone you know are interested in connecting on a different level and you've got an evening or two a month, reach out and be a part of the NOW at Our Savior Lutheran Ministries.
Our current Board of Directors has been working on Constitution and Policy Reviews. We have met with Endowment and Property Committee leaders and are now embarking on Compensation Policy Research and Review. All in an effort to update and make current to align with the growth we are, and will be experiencing in the coming years. This growth is best realized by the efforts of Julie Knight and Teachers and Staff and the fantastic enrollment we expect to maintain for years to come. But there are so many good things happening across the OSLM family.
As a Board, we are pleased to be a part of that growth. We hope you will too.
