Enrollment for 2025-2026
Open Enrollment Begins February 3!
Re-enrollment for the 2025-2026 school year, with priority given to returning students, runs January 21-February 2.
Open enrollment for new students begins February 3 at 10:00 am.

Continuing students who have not completed re-enrollment by February 2 risk
losing their spots. Please contact the school office with any questions.
We will begin accepting new student applications on February 3, 2025, at 10 AM.
Admissions & Enrollment Process
Step 1: Tour
Contact UsThe admissions process begins with an initial tour of our facility with our Admissions Director, Jill Hildenbrand. Please complete the form below and we wil will let you know availability and schedule a tour. Additionally, you can call or email us to set up a tour or to get answers to any questions you may have. Email Jill Hildenbrand or call us at 925-447-1246 (option 2).
Step 2: Application
Enroll on TADSThe next step in the process is to submit an application packet with all supporting documentation and required fees to the school office. To apply for admissions, please visit TADS. http://www.mytads.com/a/oslm You will be directed to TADS, our Admissions and Tuition Management Company.
Step 3: Assessment
Now you are ready to schedule an academic assessment to ensure grade-level performance. Jill Hildenbrand will contact you to schedule your student's assessment.
Step 4: School Records
Please provide us with a copy of the following:
- Birth Certificate
- Immunization Record
- Most Recent Report Card
Step 5: Letters of Recommendation
Now is the time to gather support and submit letters of recommendation completed by teachers, administrators, or pastors.
Step 6: Meet with Principal
As we near the final steps of the admissions process, a meeting will be scheduled with our principal, Julie Knight. The Admissions Director will contact you to set up the appointment.
Step 7: Financial Agreement
Contact UsYour last step is to finalize acceptance with a financial agreement completed through TADS.
A student’s admission is based on an assessment of interests, motivation, achievement, character, and talents.
