STEP ONE: Tour
- Initial meeting and tour facility. Please call or email us to set up a tour or to answer any questions you may have. Email us email@example.com or call us at 925-455-5437.
STEP TWO: Admissions
- To apply for admissions, please visit http://www.mytads.com/a/oslm where you will be directed to TADS, our Admissions and Tuition Management Company. A $125 non-refundable admissions fee will be collected at the end of the application process.
STEP THREE: Enrollment
- Complete enrollment application online with TADS. A $250 non-refundable tuition deposit will be collected at the end of the enrollment process.
- Print and return all California State required forms (below) to the Preschool office.

STEP FIVE: Agreement
- Finalize acceptance with financial agreement completed through TADS.
