Holy Week

(Scroll to the bottom of the page to see devotions and videos)

This is one of the most special weeks of the year as we gather together as the church to remember the week leading up to Jesus' crucifixion and resurrection.  This week we will be hosting special services and devotions on our website to help lead you to the cross and the Empty Tomb.  We pray that this week is a blessing to you.

Palm Sunday

Palm Sunday is a day of great celebration as we celebrate Jesus coming into Jerusalem riding on a donkey while the people shouted hosanna.  We invite you to worship with us in the service below.

A copy of the Order of Service for the Palm Sunday Service can be downloaded HERE.

MONDAY- WEDNESDAY

On these days we will offer special short devotions that help us to remember what Jesus did on those days.

Maundy Thursday

Maundy Thursday is the day that we remember Jesus celebrating the Passover with His disciples in the Upper Room and instituting what we now know as the Lord's Supper.  This year as we celebrate this special night, we invite you and your family to join us at the dinner table as we enter the Upper Room and share a meal together contemplating what it would have been like to be with Jesus in the Upper Room so long ago.

Download HERE a list of supplies that it would be helpful to have for this service.

Good Friday

Good Friday is the day that we remember the suffering, death, and burial of Jesus.  On this day, we will read through the Gospel of Luke's accounts of the events of that day.

One of the traditions in the church is to light 7 candles as a part of this service and extinguish them as the service goes along.  We invite you to find seven candles in you home and light them as we begin our worship together.

Easter Sunday

This is a day of victory and celebration.  This service is a pep rally for our souls and we worship the God who has conquered death and risen again from the dead.  The great cry of Easter is this: Christ is Risen.  He is risen indeed!  Alleluia.
